Anthology Project

 

So it turns out that planning a science-fiction epic that spans 5/6 books is really quite draining, as is working full time, and studying full time. I do all three. Plus maintain relationships and sleep, eat etc.

However there is good news! I have a smaller project in the works, but one I am just as excited for! It is a anthology horror-fantasy series, that follows two recurring characters. One is a woman known purely as the Gunslinger and the other, a man, known as the Inquisitor, as well as a few other characters that exist within the world where The Sleeping City anthology series takes place. 

The book will be titled: The Sleeping City: Silver & Blood. An Anthology Series. It will follow the gunslinger and the inquisitor as they tackle various threats, a five-part series, set all within the city that is riddled with supernatural horrors such as vampires, witches, and dragons living beneath the city's tall walls. With this project announcement also comes a reveals of the main character, with a bit about them and their way of things:

"Bullets and a quick hand only get you so far. They're great for a shootout, and I've seen my fair share of those.

They're good against another gun yielder, less good against a vampire, a witch, a dragon. Yeah, dragons exist, and they're a problem too. Humanity built their cities atop their burrows, while they slept, centuries ago, and then they woke up. Now the bellies of our cities are flooded by fire and rage. Rage of an undying, unrelenting beast.

So how do you kill a dragon? A vampire? A witch? I'll tell you how: magic. Magic kills magic, and magic bullets are even better."
